I was listening to a GaryVee podcast about Faking it Till You Make It.
And I think Iāve had enough proximity to this to expand.
Itās impossible for us to build brands for Fakers.
This is why we vet each potential client and make sure theyāre successful entrepreneurs before signing them.
Reason?
Content is hard when you canāt speak from experience
We make every client tell us their story and spill the beans on ALL of their expertise, testimonials, experiences, etc.
Building brand takes time, and fakers canāt afford time
They think theyāre going to blow up in 3 weeks with our viral content but in reality, thatās only possible when youāre a true expert.
So what does this mean for you?
If youāre not an expert in something, you need to focus on becoming one before building your Personal Brand.
Itās 10x easier/faster to create good content and build a loyal audience when you speak from personal experience.
So instead of āfake it till you make itā:
Focus on having conviction and direction while being in a season of learning.
Hope this was insightful.
Cheers,
Marcos
P.S. The š (Twitter) MBA course is gaining a lot of traction - Iām emailing the next 5 buyers personally and building a custom module of your choice.
