Last Month, one of our clients collected $141,366 on LinkedIn.
This Month, we’re tracking to do even more.
One script. One strategy. Zero automation.
Over the last 18 months, we've generated $3M+ using LinkedIn DMs alone. And the crazy part? Most people are doing the exact opposite of what works.
Today I'm giving you the system - the scripts, the strategy, and the one thing that kills 90% of DMs before they're even opened.
Here's what I discovered...
Most LinkedIn DM strategies fail before you hit send.
Not because your message is bad. Not because your offer sucks. But because you're failing what I call the 3-Second Credibility Test.
Think about it: Someone sends you a DM. What's the first thing you do?
You click their profile.
If you see gray pictures, no headline, no company logo, and a half-empty bio - you're thinking "scam" and ignoring that message forever.
We tested this across hundreds of accounts. The difference between a complete profile and an incomplete one? 40% higher response rates.
Here's what needs to be locked in:
Your Profile Checklist:
→ Professional header with company logo
→ Clear headline that says what you do + offer (not corporate jargon)
→ Complete work history that tells your story
→ Featured links to your best content
→ College/education if applicable (adds credibility layer)
BONUS: SHOW COMPANY AND COLLEGE BADGES ON PROFILE.

It honestly just looks good but it
This takes 30 minutes to set up. It's the difference between looking like a professional and looking like a bot.
But here's where it gets interesting...
Once your profile passes the test, you need to understand there are three types of LinkedIn DMs:
Cold: Using InMail to reach strangers (lowest conversion)
Warm: Connection requests to people who engaged with your content (high ROI)
Hot: Inbound messages from people who DM you first (close rate: 60%+)
Most people waste time on cold outreach when warm conversations convert 5x better.
Here's the exact warm outreach script that's generated millions:
AFTER CONNECTION REQUEST ACCEPTS:
"Hey [Name], really appreciate the connection. I'm curious - are you looking to [desired outcome] or mostly just following along with the content?"
This is what we call a "This or That" script. You're giving them an easy A or B choice. Low friction. High response rate.
When they respond, you dig deeper:
"What do you mean specifically by [their answer]?"
Then: "What part of [their goal] do you feel you need the most guidance with right now?"
Notice what we're NOT doing? We're not pitching. We're not dropping calendar links. We're building an actual conversation.
For HOT inbound leads (people who DM you first):
"Hey, thanks for reaching out. Curious what has you interested in [topic]? Also, be sure to check out [free resource] - this will give you a great overview."
Lead with value. Ask questions. Build rapport.
Then, after 3-4 exchanges:
"Let me know if this is something you'd be interested in - I can set up a call with my team who can break down exactly how this would work for you."
That's it. No pressure. Just natural progression.
Now here's the part most people miss...
Your conversion rate lives and dies by your qualification process.
We have a simple rule: No calendar link until we know they're serious.
For high-ticket offers ($10K+), we typically have 5-8 message exchanges before booking a call. We're asking questions like:
→ What have you tried before? → What's your timeline? → What's stopping you from [goal] right now? → What would success look like 90 days from now?
This filters out tire-kickers and ensures your sales team only talks to qualified prospects.
The results?
Two conversations I showed you earlier? Both closed at $10K each. Both followed this exact framework.
Across dozens of client accounts, we're generating multiple six-figure months using this system.
Your action plan for this week:
Audit your profile - Does it pass the 3-second credibility test?
Send 40 connection requests per day (200/week max to avoid flags)
Use the "This or That" script on accepted connections
Lead with questions, not pitches
Qualify hard before booking calls
Expected results with 200 connection requests:
80-100 acceptances (40-50% rate)
15-20 meaningful conversations
2-5 qualified calls booked
At a 20% close rate, that's 1-2 deals per week from LinkedIn alone.
One critical warning:
Do NOT use automation tools. Do NOT copy-paste messages. LinkedIn will ban you permanently.
This is a high-touch, personalized strategy. Quality over quantity wins every time.
The people making real money on LinkedIn aren't sending 1,000 messages a day. They're sending 40 thoughtful connection requests and having actual conversations.
If you have a solid offer and follow this system, there's a 0% chance you don't make money from LinkedIn this month.
Hope this helps.
Cheers.
Marcos
