I flew my entire creative team out to Vancouver a few weeks ago.
I rented the #1 AirBnB mansion in the city with a sauna, hot tub, gym, putting green, movie theater, etc.
One of my goals for this company has always been to build something MEMORABLE.
I want to use business as a vehicle for EXPERIENCES and IMPACT.
Offsites are one of many outlets to do that.
When I talk to other business owners they always ask:
“Is it worth it?”
My answer every single time:
100%.
Of course we get the stuff you expect:
Increased Productivity
Better Communication
Sharing the vision
But one thing makes it a 100x ROI every time:
CULTURE.
You cannot measure the impact of having a group of smart people dedicated to ONE MISSION working in sync, in person, in tandem.
The funniest part is that we almost always have big/record months following an offsite.
